We use a standard hire agreement. For all bookings, a member of the Hastie team must be present during the hire period.
Yes — you can bring in decor and styling elements. We also have scaffolding available. Setup and pack-down time is charged as part of your booking.

We are not a licensed venue, however you can apply for a special licence through council or organise one via our catering partners.
